Absolutely amazing staff and hotel and properly the best hotel stay across all of portagul. Thank you to charlot and all of the reception staff for their assistance. My son had an accident while walking yesterday on the street and the hotel arranged for a doctor the next day and were very warm. The facilities are top notch at the property and the rooms amazing. All in all what makes this one top of the list is how all the staff treat guests. Absolutely a must and is the number 1 for lisbon. Thank you all and will definitely stay here again very soon. My wife and I (both women) stayed here for our honeymoon, and although they assumed my wife was my husband we didn’t mind much, because we were welcomed to our room with a bottle of fizz and some sweet treats! All the staff were friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities and breakfast was amazing I highly recommend. Room Service lacked , we asked on separate occasions for tea bags they didn’t arrive then the next day we needed an iron and it wasn’t delivered. Maybe they were busy? Lovely boutique hotel. One of the smaller hotels in the area which made it more luxurious. Great location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast and diverse offerings in the bar. We stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend for it's great location in the heart of the city. Staff really friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed although due a refresh. The bathroom is luxurious and clean and especially terrific shower! We had breakfast and there was a full buffet with ample choice although the buffet hot food was not kept hot enough. I recommend ordering eggs etc off the menu to get them hot. Good size room, rooftop jacuzzi, nice lobby, great breakfast, excellence service, everyday replenish drinking water and clean the room. Just few stop away from tram stop. This Hotel didn’t reach our expectations at all. We thought, we would come to a five star hotel but it’s not more than 4 stars worth. The interior is old, not stylish at all and not cozy or comfortable. The rooms have high ceilings which I liked but that’s it. The biggest mistake was, to book the breakfast because this was made without any love. It was like in a cantina at my university but had nothing to do with a 5 STAR hotel.
