I gave one star since they have a new policy where they add service charge at the register. They ask you when the server is there if you want to remove it. This is super sleazy and uncomfortable , especially since I had a take away order. You lost a former fan of your place. Great service, amazing food and drinks. Upscale atmosphere, but worth every penny! Party of four, we stopped in for a quick bite and drink while touring the city. Had an awesome experience. We had to ask for to order because nobody come to take our order. The give us two appetizer and after we got bill in the end we had to pay for that nobody told us. The food was not bad but the mini burger are really mini and not 10€ worthy. The restaurant lacked atmosphere in the way that the seating was arranged. Before we even looked at the menu, the waiter brought two ‘breaded ball type things’ and nodded to us. We said yes, they turned out to be a kind of cheesy croquette which we were at the end charged 1.90€ each for. Whilst the waiter was friendly, he evidently lacked experience and his colleague behind the counter appeared not to offer him any support. We waited a long time for our burgers and when they arrived they looked like a McDonald’s happy meal. The burgers tasted really nice…they were just far too small ( for the price) and took too long to come. The poor experience was only exacerbated by my trip to the toilet from where on the way, I could see three chefs in the kitchen! Antes mesmo de olharmos o cardápio, o garçom trouxe duas coisas do tipo bola à milanesa e acenou para nós. Dissemos que sim, eram uma espécie de croquete de queijo pelo qual no final cobramos 1,90 € cada. Embora o garçom fosse amigável, ele evidentemente não tinha experiência e seu colega atrás do balcão parecia não lhe oferecer nenhum apoio. Esperamos muito tempo pelos nossos hambúrgueres e quando eles chegaram pareciam uma refeição feliz do McDonald's. Os hambúrgueres tinham um sabor muito bom…eles eram pequenos demais (para o preço) e demoravam muito para chegar. A má experiência só foi agravada pela minha ida ao banheiro, de onde, no caminho, pude ver três chefs na cozinha!

We ordered the super Bock stout beer and it was way too sour. Because it is a local brand we have had it many times so we know the flavor well, and so we complained. They came back after we had finished our meal to say they tasted the beer and it was normal. When we paid they wanted a tip which we refused. We went straight to another bar after the meal and had the exact same beer which tasted completely different and much better. Only giving three stars because the burger was divine. (Traduzido pelo Google) Pedimos a cerveja super Bock stout e estava muito azeda. Por ser uma marca local já comemos muitas vezes por isso conhecemos bem o sabor e por isso reclamamos. Eles voltaram depois que terminamos a refeição para dizer que provaram a cerveja e que era normal. Quando pagamos, eles queriam uma gorjeta que recusamos. Fomos direto para outro bar após a refeição e tomamos exatamente a mesma cerveja, que tinha um sabor completamente diferente e muito melhor. Só dando três estrelas porque o hambúrguer estava divino.

The burger is definitely worth it! The place is cool and the atmosphere is cozy, I ordered a salad as a side and I can only fault the amount of dressing, it was a bit too much for my taste. I would highly recommend this spot for, and will come back next time I visit Porto. (Traduzido pelo Google) O hambúrguer definitivamente vale a pena! O lugar é fresco e o ambiente é aconchegante, pedi uma salada como acompanhamento e só posso criticar a quantidade de molho, foi um pouco demais para o meu gosto.
