At 4:25 a.m., Charlotte Fire responded to a house fire at 3900 block of Huntcliff Dr. 30 firefighters controlled incident in 20 minutes. The fire was most likely caused by a lightning strike to the chimney of the home. No injuries reported. Estimated fire/content damage $90K
