Food was amazing. Pizza was really light good, everything else was amazing as well. Staff was really friendly and funny. I would make a reservation as it gets really busy. Food came quickly as well. Probably one of the best Napoletanas in town. The dough is thin, light and has good leopard patterns. We were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. One of my favourite spots in Lisbon. Food is of outstanding quality and the service is super friendly. Can't wait to go back. Valdo Gatti has one of the best pizzas in town. The location is a 10/10 and so is the food. The service was perfect too. I mean, everything was amazing. Good to eat, that's it. Go for pizza cause they are really worth it, but although the staff is nice and attentive, the atmosphere is too slopy. Too much noise disguised with loud music, the kitchen echoes rattling plates and pans, toilets almost mixed with the small terrace tables in the back, food and drink stocks all around. Absolute disaster in service, we came around 6:30 pm waited for 45 min for our position in waiting list, than waited another 20 min because staff can’t decide if they want to open the back room for service. Pizza was saggy in the middle when it can to the table, too much green sauce. And the most important when pizza came to the table it was slightly warm. They plainly forgot to bing it to the table after it was made. I will not recommend this place. Eles claramente se esqueceram de colocá-lo na mesa depois de feito. Eu não recomendarei este lugar.

Food was very good. We had the rucula salad, margharita pizza and the meat lasagne. Generous portion of rucula with a nice light vinaigrette and parmesan cheese - this went perfectly as a topping on the margharita pizza which had a light an tangy tomato sauce with good mozzarella cheese. Now, the lasagne was the star. We ordered it based on other reviews and it lived up to the hype. Highly recommended. Noise level was moderate and the service was efficient. I gave this category a 4 star, because they automatically add a 5% service charge that is also described as optional, except that they already add it and you have to ask to remove it. I thought we had left the US! There is usually a wait and they have a digital queuing system that seems to work. When you get there, look for the QR code. We ended up waiting about 35 minutes, when the system told us that we were 4th in line. At least 5 groups went in ahead of us, however, all 5 groups were there ahead of us, so it seems to work, but the queuing screen wasn't accurate. Maybe we were 4th in line for tables for 2?
