Uma curta caminhada de 5 minutos e você está na praia, perfeito! O Lodge teve reformas concluídas pouco antes de Covid e tudo parece ótimo e é de alta qualidade. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade para um Surf Lodge e muitas vezes eles fazem alguns ovos cozidos ou salsichas e café. Domingo tem pastel de nada! Para as cidades vizinhas, elas não são muito longe para caminhar pela praia ou um Uber de 4 euros pode levá-lo. (Original) We stayed at the wonderful Shark's Lodge for 10 nights in November. The weather was great and the area is so quiet we had the Lodge to ourselves, so basically private surf lessons! November appears to be the favorite time to surf for our instructors as you avoid massive crowds. In summer, the entire beach is apparently lined with cars making it hard to park on the beach. This is where I see the location of the lodge to be the best in the area. A short 5 min walk and you are on the beach, perfect! The Lodge has had renovations completed just before Covid and everything looks great and is of high quality. The breakfast has a great variety for a Surf lodge and often they will make you some cooked eggs or sausages and coffee. Sunday has pastel de nadas! For the surrounding towns, they aren't too far to walk along the beach or a 4 euro Uber can take you. Lots of food can be delivered from Sushi to Indian to Burgen King and some restaurants are well within walking distance. The surf instruction was great and everyone working in the lodge was lovely. Everyone speaks perfect English. A fantastic experience all round! If you are looking for a friendly surf camp close to the beach with a pool to relax in after a long day, I highly recommend Shark's Lodge.
