A comfortable and luxurious hotel. The breakfast is rich and includes a wide variety of foods, including the option of making an omelet on the spot. Great and decently priced Hotel. Great breakfast experience. But seriously: the staff makes ALL the difference. Friendly, always a smile and very helpful and courteous! I was excited about my upcoming trip to Lisbon. However, I booked this hotel and later realized that their EPIC SANA hotel location would be a better fit for my stay. I asked if they could cancel/change my reservation so I could stay their sister property and they said no. They were not willing to accommodate me. This is unfortunate because this would be my first time experiencing poor customer service in Europe. I’ve never had this type of issue when I visited Barcelona. I’m highly disappointed because being in the United States, it’s difficult to determine where’s the best place to stay in a country that I’ve never visited before. I was also trying to stay in another one of their properties and they still were not willing to assist me. They could’ve agreed to make the exception by allowing Priceline to cancel the reservation for a refund. (Traduzido pelo Google) Estava entusiasmado com a minha próxima viagem a Lisboa. Honestly, a really amazing place for a 4 star hotel. Everything was provided for and we were supported well. Rooms: clean and extremely comfortable. Bed was decently hard enough with sufficient pillows and other things. Staff was also very quick with the tidying of the room and constantly refilled the missing things. One major problem I have was the fact that my card is always down after awhile and I will need to reset it at the counter. Service: Always friendly no matter how busy they are. Well done and perfect example of great service. They are also proficient with English, helping us with any queries. Location: not the closest to the city centre but its quiet with the nearest El Corte mall 10 minutes walk away, and a bunch of cafes as well. Great rooms and excellent service. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The restaurant food is quite good, and the bar is well stocked and welcoming. The suite I stayed in was very large, had well placed outlets, a nice desk and sitting areas, and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Nice hotel with nice spa and bar. I recommend eating at the bar, not the restaurant. The location is pretty convenient for the metro, but there is a large set of stairs to navigate.
