Good hotel. Staff is good. The place is not really in the center or walking distance to any landmarks. But the airport is close. There's also a metro station right there. Downtown is a 30mim ride. There is a bakery next door.if you don't want to pay for breakfast. The bar is okay, but the food is not great. There are better places for sure. (Traduzido pelo Google) Bom hotel. A equipe é boa. O local não fica realmente no centro ou a poucos passos de qualquer ponto de referência. Mas o aeroporto está perto. Há também uma estação de metrô ali mesmo. O centro da cidade fica a 30 minutos de viagem. Há uma padaria ao lado.se você não quiser pagar pelo café da manhã. O bar é bom, mas a comida não é ótima. Existem lugares melhores com certeza.

Very clean, tidy and silent at night. The staff's help with my plans for my girlfriend's birthday was invaluable. They even brought us a dessert with wish card. I would definitely stay there again! Quite an old hotel, our aircon has issues. But they have staff and technicians on location. So its alright. Very easy metro accesibility to Lisboa centre and airport. Hotel is mediocre to it's price. We staid at 17th floor and the noise from the streets bother because there is so poor sealant in the windows. Breakfast used to be very good when hotel was Altis Park, but not any more😔 (Traduzido pelo Google) Hotel é medíocre em relação ao preço. A good place. Great location, easy by metro from the airport to the city Centre, and check out the rather wild, huge hall of the Olaias metro stop, right outside the hotel. Decent rooms, good view on the sea side, good view at night on the city side. I was on floor 17. The shower and bathroom were very clean, though some hair conditioner would be a good addition. The room comes with a kettle and a mini fridge which was great, as I stocked it with snacks and some lovely local IPA beer from the supermarket in the shopping center next door. Nice breakfast buffet with coffee machines making espresso not bad at all. There’s a cheap and great Chinese food buffet restaurant about 200m away past the metro entrance, and an excellent cafe with desserts right next door. Friendly and helpful staff, very tidy housekeeping. Fair prices. There are more luxurious hotels, with much higher prices. This hotel is showing its age a little but is very clean, well maintained, and looks to be managed well. I will be back. Thank you, Ramada Lisbon (Traduzido pelo Google) Um bom lugar. Quartos decentes, boa vista do lado do mar, boa vista à noite do lado da cidade. Eu estava no andar 17. O chuveiro e o banheiro eram muito limpos, embora um pouco de condicionador de cabelo fosse uma boa adição. O quarto está equipado com uma chaleira e um frigobar, o que foi ótimo, pois eu o abasteci com lanches e uma adorável cerveja IPA local do supermercado no shopping ao lado. Bom buffet de café da manhã com máquinas de café fazendo café expresso nada mal. Há um restaurante buffet de comida chinesa excelente e barato a cerca de 200 metros da entrada do metrô e um excelente café com sobremesas ao lado. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, limpeza muito organizada. Preços justos. Existem hotéis mais luxuosos, com preços bem mais elevados. Este hotel está mostrando um pouco a sua idade, mas é muito limpo, bem conservado e parece ser bem administrado. Eu retornarei. Obrigado, Ramada Lisboa

I stayed here for a total of 4 nights. It is a mixed bag. A few things were good (proximity to metro, not far from downtown, also some staff members). However one thing which was really wrong was an incident of evidently discriminatory behavior. I was probably the only person of color staying at the hotel and in their restaurant, one incident happened which was not right. I did escalate to restaurant team as well as the GM. Racism in not that uncommon, while one does not expect that in a hotel like Ramada (Traduzido pelo Google) Fiquei aqui por um total de 4 noites. É uma mistura. Algumas coisas foram boas (proximidade do metrô, não muito longe do centro da cidade, também alguns funcionários). No entanto, uma coisa que estava realmente errada foi um incidente de comportamento evidentemente discriminatório. The hotel located 50 m’ from bus/Metro station, there is a supermarket and DIY stores near by, and no more. The view from the rooms is incredible (17 floor) Rooms are equipped basics , very clean, 42 inch wide Tv, good air condition, comfortable sleeping. The shower room is big and comfortable, water pressure needs upgrade, not supply comb/tooth brush and paste. You have a mini bar very useful.
