Nice restaurant, food is really nice but the staff is not what we are used in Portugal. Sure, they bring your food and drinks but they don't make you feel welcome but almost a nuisance. If you like Mexican food this is a good place, if you like a more welcoming atmosphere you should skip this place. Loved the spicy salsas. Tacos were okay, food quantity was less. My issue is with the tip trick, I'd have liked to give tip, but as far as I've heard tipping is not as obvious in Europe as it is in the US/Canada. In the bill, gratuity was already added, and while swiping the card i was asked if i wanted to remove the tip. No one likes to remove tips, is what the trick is. I've eaten here a number of times and the food is typically good. Tonight, it was not. It was cold, fatty, and had no flavor. Our server left in the middle of our meal and we had no idea who was taking care of us. In the end, we asked for the check and were asked if we'd like to add a tip, which we offered to do. Then we realized a tip had already been added. The server said it was just a misunderstanding. We are Americans, all of whom have lived in Cascais for 2+ years. Not tourists. BTW, tourists should be treated with the same respect as locals. We patronize local restaurants and are happy to support them with both our patronage, tips, and referrals. I randomly found this spot while walking through Cascais. There was a brilliant atmosphere on the street outside.It is well worth a stop for food and cocktails. Great fun and good food.
