Terrible food. Decent drinks. Fair wine. The ONLY reason this is not a 1 or 2 stars, is the view is great from the bar/restuarant. So an amazing view for a G&T or drink there, avoid the food. Caesar salad had over cooked chicken, soft crutons and tasteless. Ceviche the fish was mushy. Meat was over cooked. I've actually never had food this bad at an Intercontinental. My wife and myself stayed here for 3 days starting April 19 2024. Really enjoyed it. Room was nice. The staff is doing a good job. I appreciate the professionalism as I worked in the hospitality industry myself for many years. Rachel at the reception and everyone else was so helpful and kind to us. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon and had an overall amazing experience. The staff at this hotel was extremely attentive and even helped us celebrate our honeymoon with a little surprise. The hotel is a well kept beautiful property with amazing ocean views and the dishes and drinks at the restaurant are delicious. Perfect service at the SPA, very nice and relaxing, beautiful pool and sauna, excellent food at the restaurant. People are very friendly. Just missed listening to the piano on the lounge, but overall excellent mood, energy and space! Thank you! The whole experience was a mess. The main bartender had called out sick and from there things turned for the worst. I understand things happen but nobody seemed to care about the poor experience we were having or try to do anything to make it better. (Traduzido pelo Google) Toda a experiência foi uma bagunça. I had an ok experience. Since this hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel, I was expecting to have a great experience but unfortunately I didn’t. The hotel was nice with great view of the ocean. The room was clean and very vibrant. The staff on the other hand were not accommodating at all. They were nice and polite but unfortunately they declined all of my requests. There was alot of miscommunication for the whole duration of my stay. Since I am a diamond elite member and they declined all of my requests, it makes me wonder what type of hospitality a non member gets here. Lamento dizer, mas não irei visitar este hotel novamente.
