Beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and spacious. Nice huge bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a big TV with some English channels. Our room was cleaned ever day, bins emptied and clean towels. Indoor pool was lovely and warm, outside ones were quiet cold but we did go away in April. Food and restaurants had plenty of choices and variety but the hot food was never very warm,a bit warmer in the Oriental restaurant which you have to book. You can book the Mediterranean and Oriental restaurants has many times as you like, if available. The hotel is also excellent for children, kids club and entertainment with the staff dressing up and full of energy. Just got home from a week at 3HB, cracking holiday. Everything about the hotel was spot on, Service, Food and drinks, excellent. Excellent facilities, an array of pools and so many sun loungers and quiet areas of you want some peace, no morning rush to put out towels as so many options. Great food and the self service soft drinks is so handy. This was the first holiday me and my partner had been on since his two strokes, and it did not disappoint! From the minute we walked through the door we were blown away by this little piece of paradise. Everything was clean, rooms were comfy, staff were helpful, facilities were great. Entertainment was good and The Crazy Show was hilarious! We also loved how accessible the hotel was as it’s hard to find somewhere so good for this. There were ramps all around the hotel and lifts to the rooms and various floors. The best part was the ramp into the pool, meaning my partner was able to go in the water, which was wonderful! I have just spent my holidays in a beautiful hotel. Very nice service, starting from the cleaning ladies, because without them it would not exist, to the entire hotel staff. Excellent food from breakfast to dinner. Rooms with a large wardrobe, what I like, and a private balcony. The downside for the hotel is break iron in the room and the only one available in the laundry room for the hotel staff was so worn out that I preferred wearing unironed clothes. Unfortunately, the lack of a kettle in the room is also a minus, not all guests sleep until 7 am to drink coffee while eating breakfast. I like it in the morning get up even though I'm on holiday. Very good hotel branded drinks and cider on draught thats a first.very friendly very clean.only down side to us and others we spoke to was the food was Luke warm.high chlorine levels in spar that the assistant even had to where a gas mask.other than that you should enjoy your stay. We had an amazing holiday staying at 3HB Guarana. The hotel is immaculate and very well designed, with many different bars and restaurants. The Oriental restaurant was our favourite as the sushi offering was great. Overall, the food was really tasty and included healthy and vegetarian options - I've never eaten so much fruit and veg on holiday before! They also mixed up the menu in the main buffet restaurant so that you didn't get bored of the same food. The outside area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The outside pools are a bit chilly when you first get in, but when it's almost 30 degrees it was very refreshing. And once you're swimming around it doesn't feel cold anymore. The staff are an asset to the hotel - they were all so friendly and welcoming! And very hard working. The hotel is located very close to a sandy beach which is great for swimming - we went almost every day. This hotel is definitely well suited for young families - there's a kids club and entertainment every evening. However, there was a mix of young and older couples too, so we didn't feel excluded in any way. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
