Friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast offered lots of options. Location was close to metro station and hop on hop off buses. One of the best hotels ❤️ I love the decorations, is very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. The room is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the photos of the walls. You can connect to bluetooth and listen music in your room. There are coloured lights as well. They have a pool on the roof with a very cool view. And the best thing is that they gave us a cake and a bottle of champagne because it was my fiancé's birthday (for free) . I’m so excited to come back here. We had an amazing stay. Rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the rooftop area was lovely. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was located perfectly next to a metro station. We had an absolutely great stay at this hotel at our visit in Lisbon this week. We have booked it for 4 nights and the staff has gone beyond and above to make our stay perfect. Rooms absolutely spotless, modern, vibrant, views over the city with panoramic windows, everything provided in the room. Location of the hotel is even more perfect and easy to access all the main points either via public transport or Bolt. We found Bolt better and it cost us the same price as public transport. We were also welcomed on arrival with champagne and cake followed by a morning knock on my birthday with champagne again, which was the most beautiful and thoughtful thing you can get from a hotel, to feel valued as a customer is ultimately what the Hospitality is all about. I wish I could find this hotel brand in more capitals, as it has made our stay really enjoyable and pleasant. The whole vibe and small touches regarding the music are really pretty too. Plus the price is very competitive considering the good service we had been given. Guys hats off for the whole hotel staff, and whoever had all the ideas. Thank you for making us si happy. Lovely stay, staff friendly and helpful, rooms really nice and super clean love the design of the bathroom was really modern feeling lovely stay especially for the price it was great value. Location is good as there’s supermarkets and fast food near and it’s near the metro you can quickly hop on or off into the centre of Lisbon. View from pool is brilliant the pool is freezing but would be lovely in the summer 🤣 Definitely recommend. Wonderful service from the moment we arrived! Jessica knew how to spell my very Irish name, and gave us some great recommendations for things to see and even a couple of vouchers to use! The theming was very modern and not tacky, they struck a great balance with that. Room was perfectly clean and plenty of space, and a fantastic shower in particular! The signature cocktails at the bar were a standout, and I can strongly recommend the Music To My Ears. Both barmen we talked to, André and Guilherme, were great and made even better drinks 😁 Great value especially given the location. We were right across the road from where all of the Hop On Hop Off bus routes started, which made getting around so easy. The bus from the airport only took about 20 minutes, plus there were lots of lovely cafes and restaurants right nearby. Would definitely book the HF Fénix Music again next time I'm in Lisbon.
