What I particularly liked about the stay - rooms were very clean, new, functional. Staff efficieint and polite. Breakfast needs to double its staff ratio, otherwise the hotel runs smoothly. And your stay is untroubled and calm.

I was probably the only person of color staying at the hotel and in their cafeteria/ restaurant, one incident happened which was wrong and evidently discriminatory. I shared feedback on this with concerned restaurant staff as well as Duty Manager. While the feedback was heard and accepted that incident was wrong.. any apology is not in the mindset of concerned staff member. Racism in not that uncommon in the country, while one does not expect that in a hotel from Wyndham group
