Stayed here August 2022 on our first holiday as a couple. This was the most perfect holiday and the staff went above and beyond for us they were all very friendly and always made sure we were okay. The rooms were very clean and up to a good standard. The heated pool was perfect for those days when it was abit overcast. Last but not least the food was absolutely amazing we went all inclusive and we enjoyed the food that much we didn’t want to go out to eat at all, we will definitely be back again in the future and definitely recommend (Traduzido pelo Google) Fiquei aqui em agosto de 2022 em nossas primeiras férias como casal. Este foi o feriado mais perfeito e a equipe fez o possível e o impossível para nós, todos foram muito simpáticos e sempre se certificaram de que estávamos bem. Os quartos eram muito limpos e com um bom padrão. A piscina aquecida era perfeita para aqueles dias em que estava um pouco nublado. Por último, mas não menos importante, a comida era absolutamente incrível, fomos com tudo incluído e gostamos tanto da comida que não queríamos sair para comer, com certeza voltaremos no futuro e definitivamente recomendamos

This is without a doubt the worst 4 star I have ever set foot in. There must be no regulator in Medeira. No room service (food or drink), empty fridge, no iron or ironing board in the room (asked me to sign some indemnity to have one), no restaurant during the day (toasted sandwich only), stood at the bar for 15 minutes waiting for someone to appear after being at reception, no early check in, no communication, slow check in, nothing in the room, there must be 3 staff here in total, it's clean but absolutely terrible otherwise. 2 star at most (Traduzido pelo Google) Este é sem dúvida o pior 4 estrelas em que já pisei. Não deve haver regulador na Madeira. Sem serviço de quarto (comida ou bebida), geladeira vazia, sem ferro ou tábua de passar no quarto (me pediu para assinar alguma indenização para ter um), sem restaurante durante o dia (somente sanduíche torrado), fiquei 15 minutos no bar esperando que alguém apareça depois de estar na recepção, sem check-in antecipado, sem comunicação, check-in lento, nada no quarto, deve haver 3 funcionários aqui no total, é limpo, mas absolutamente terrível caso contrário. 2 estrelas no máximo

Great hotel , we loved the spa and the heated pool that was covered but was outside at the same time . Poolside was lovely and breakfast was very good. The airport bus stops just across and it’s a lovely stroll to the old town with plenty amazing restaurants around . O ônibus do aeroporto para do outro lado e é um passeio encantador até a cidade velha, com muitos restaurantes incríveis ao redor.
