The kitchen manages to merge tradition with surprises in flavor, texture and combinations of ingredients. Quality of ingredients and attention to detail is high. Service is attentive while unassuming. We thoroughly enjoyed every single thing we tried - the Jerusalem artichoke tart, bolos de Berlim, giant squid and chickpea salad, and pork shoulder. Wine list is great. And while eating out with vegetarians is challenging in the north, this restaurant has delicious veg options for every course.
