Great rooftop bar and resturant. We found it difficult to find as it's inside the hotel and you have to go to floor 5 in the elevator. Wow....first night in Lisbon and we hit the jackpot. This restaurant is exceptional....the interior design, ambience and open kitchen set the scene for a night to remember....forget people watching...watching the Chef and his team work was not just entertaining but like watching a master culinary artist perform his greatest work. It tasted as good as it looked and the staff were well disciplined to inform us of rhe menu and deliver the product seamlessly. The location is amazing and really nice. You should really go there to enjoy the view! Just bear in mind, that the people receive a different level of service, depending on whether you stay at the hotel or not. For example we heard how they said, they don't stay at the hotel and we waited at least 20min for the menu. Regarding another table we heard they said, they stay at the hotel and received right away the menu and had a service impeccable and very faster. Except of that the view is amazing, but the service if you are not staying at the hotel is by far not 5 stars. In my experience more like a 3 star hotel at most. Em relação a outra mesa ouvimos dizer que ficaram no hotel e receberam logo o cardápio e tiveram um atendimento impecável e muito rápido. Exceto isso, a vista é incrível, mas o serviço, se você não estiver hospedado no hotel, não é de longe 5 estrelas. Na minha experiência, parece mais um hotel 3 estrelas, no máximo.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. What an incredible experience all around! I came here for my birthday dinner and I have nothing but good things to say. The service was incredible along with the drinks and food. Perfect portions and the ambiance is fantastic. I got an espresso martini with my dessert course and then was brought another dessert with a candle! With an adorable birthday note. Exceptional service. Our waiter was in training but had a very welcoming and pleasant presence and provided a very fine experience for us. The food is flawless and pastry is amazing even for non-pastry people like me. The whole team of chefs and staff is very well organised and highly professional. Fabulous restaurant, decor is on point, feels intimate and very refined. Beautiful terrace and views for drinks. Serving staff were brilliant, just the right interaction. But the food!!! Such a great experience eating here! It was probably one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon. The service was incredible and the views were killer. Hotel restaurants don’t often make it into top eatery lists; but it’s very clear why Bahr is one of the exceptions. Some of the best food that I had in Lisbon (and that’s saying a lot considering how good the food in most Lisbon restaurants is), combined with genuinely warm and friendly service and a quiet terrace with great views of Baixa and the river mean this is one place that’s worth splurging for. I really liked the carabiniero rice (though I was a bit disappointed by the size of the prawns) and the granita dessert. Good selection of wines and cocktails too. Really, the only thing that wasn’t great was the squid and runner beans starter plate. I plan to be back if ever I’m in Lisbon again. Algumas das melhores comidas que comi em Lisboa (e isso é muito, considerando o quão boa é a comida na maioria dos restaurantes lisboetas), combinadas com um serviço genuinamente caloroso e amigável e uma esplanada tranquila com excelentes vistas sobre a Baixa e o rio, fazem com que este seja um lugar pelo qual vale a pena ostentar. Gostei muito do arroz carabiniero (embora tenha ficado um pouco decepcionado com o tamanho dos camarões) e da sobremesa granita. Boa seleção de vinhos e coquetéis também. Na verdade, a única coisa que não foi ótima foi o prato inicial de lula e feijão verde. Pretendo voltar se algum dia estiver em Lisboa novamente.
