From the warm welcome, delicious food, attentive service throughout my stay to the wonderful recommendations for places around, I was truly amazed by the level of hospitality and professionalism displayed by them. Atendimento ao cliente exagerado em cada turno, pergunta, solicitação. Nosso quarto era V7, que se chamava Artsy, era perfeito. O tamanho certo para 2 pessoas e tinha todas as comodidades. Fica na parte nova do hotel e fica de frente para o parque. A cama era confortável e o banheiro grande o suficiente para dois. Da próxima vez, posso optar pelo Artístico com terraço ou tentar algo na parte antiga do hotel, mas o V7 foi ótimo. O café da manhã... UAU. Normalmente não me importo com essa parte da estadia, mas esta foi uma exceção. Tudo é feito internamente e foi realmente incrível. Por último, a piscina da cobertura é super legal, embora não estivesse quente o suficiente para sairmos, pulamos e tomamos uma bebida lá em cima. Termino dizendo isto - passo muito tempo pesquisando hotéis para as nossas viagens e há MUITAS opções em Cascais - eu ficaria 100% aqui sempre! (Original) We travel frequently but I rarely take the time to write reviews; this place inspired me! Artsy is amazing. It just re-opened after a remodel and small expansion less than a year ago. The hotel seems brand new. It's truly special. The location is fantastic just a couple of blocks from the crowded tourist areas and a block from the beach but you feel like you're in a local neighborhood. We were here on a weekend in May and loved everything about it. The General Manager (I forgot his name) is always around and engaging. Super nice guy. EVERYONE on staff was a 10. Over-the-top customer service at every turn, question, request. Our room was V7 which was called Artsy it was perfect. Just the right size for 2 and had all the amenities. It's in the new part of the hotel and faced the park. The bed was comfy and the bathroom big enough for two. Next time I might opt for the Artsy with a terrace or try something in the OLD part of the hotel but V7 was great. The breakfast... WOW. I don't usually care about that part of the stay but this was an exception. Everything is made in-house and it truly was amazing. Lastly the roof top pool is super cool although it wasn't really warm enough for us to hang out we did jump in and had a drink up there. I'll finish with saying this - I spend a lot of time researching hotels for our trips and there are MANY options in Cascais- I would 100% stay here every time!
