I went there for a drink one evening. Sorry, not for me. Poor atmosphere and ambience. It feels a cold, sterile place, but keep in mind I only went for a drink. It would not encourage me to stay there. Huge pool and garden area that would appeal to families and kids. Staying for 10 days, been to Alvor before and wanted to stay in the same area. Picked this hotel, £2000 for 10 days seemed OK. Let's start with the positive which there is quite a bit. Rooms - Big and spacious, little sitting area and a nice balcony. Bed is like a rock but clean. Bathroom good and great shower. 9/10 Pool area - very large, clean poolside toilets, nice bar, polite and attentive staff. 10/10. Other guests from various countries show usual respect for others. Entertainment - so far it's OK, won't win any awards but try there best. Best entertainment was a group of lads on holiday 6/10 General hotel area - very clean polite and friendly staff. 9/10 Alcohol - usual superbock and local branded spirits from on all inclusive, need to pay for drinks from the Grand Caffè but it's nice 7/10 Bar staff generally very good, David P was excellent. Food - falls apart here. Breakfast, cooked breakfast but cold. Lunch the kebab is the only thing that saves lunch, not much selection. Dinner, not much selection, cooked but cold, microwave available but its not the point. You get snacks during the day but I would honestly focus on fixing the main meals, overall 4/10. Slightly updated the markings based on 7 days from 10 so far from my initial review. Would I come back, maybe. Outros convidados de vários países demonstram o respeito habitual pelos outros. Entretenimento - até agora está tudo bem, não ganharei nenhum prêmio, mas tente o melhor. O melhor entretenimento foi um grupo de rapazes no feriado 10/06 Área geral do hotel - funcionários muito limpos, educados e simpáticos. 9/10 Álcool - superbock habitual e destilados de marca local com tudo incluído, precisa pagar pelas bebidas do Grand Caffè, mas é bom 7/10 A equipe do bar geralmente é muito boa, David P foi excelente. Comida - desmorona aqui. Café da manhã, café da manhã preparado, mas frio. Almoço o kebab é a única coisa que salva o almoço, sem muita seleção. Jantar, sem muita seleção, cozido, mas frio, micro-ondas disponível, mas não é o ponto. Você ganha lanches durante o dia, mas eu honestamente me concentraria em preparar as refeições principais, no geral 4/10. Atualizei ligeiramente as marcações com base em 7 dias a partir de 10 até agora desde minha análise inicial. Eu voltaria, talvez. Olhando para os preços de junho, se eu pagasse £ 4.000 por mim e pela esposa, acharia que é muito caro.

Loved the hotel and the swimming pool is amazing. Rooms and service good. The lunch food was spot on but the evening meal not as good. Two main eating areas the blue area is better but kids need to over 13. Enjoyed the short stay but my only real minor issue was paying 80 euros for the towels was expensive, we didn’t bring much euros as we use contactless…. Very good hotel , very clean and rooms were cleaned regularly . Food was the same almost every day but a wide variety of. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed . Beautiful hotel, extremely clean...staff are on point keeping this massive hotel sparkling clean. Even the elevators / lifts to you English types 😁 smell awesome, the doors open & you get blast of freshness. All inclusive is the way to go here, food is great. Of course not everyone will be happy, but there is just no pleasing some folks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have kids. The bed was not what i expected from a four star hotel,hard and felt like it had seen better days.There was no iron( the first time i have experienced this in a hotel).However the food i quite enjoyed (Traduzido pelo Google) A cama não era o que eu esperava de um hotel quatro estrelas, dura e parecia que já tinha visto dias melhores. Nice hotel with a big pool and kids activities. The location is good with Alvor and the beach being a walkable distance away. There is also a shuttle offered to the beach running roughly hourly. The pool is unheated so is cold in the early season. The food in the restaurant was not very good so I’d recommend planning on eating elsewhere.
