TLDR: rate the food, not the house wine. They speak English, Portuguese, and possibly French. Classic Portuguese food in a busy, elbow to elbow setting. I've been a couple times and the food has always been good, but the wine a bit funny. Recommend arriving right when the open especially in the evening as the queue gets quite long. Já estive algumas vezes e a comida sempre foi boa, mas o vinho é um pouco engraçado. Recomendo chegar logo quando estiver aberto, principalmente à noite, pois a fila fica bem longa. O serviço pode ser um pouco lento, mas a comida é boa, então sente-se e aproveite a vida. O preço é bom.

We waited for a table here and really wish we hadn’t!! Service was very slow, food was very basic and served with very little care. The waitress was friendly but there was just her taking orders, setting tables, seating people and delivering food and drink. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The food is delicious and very affordable. It was recommended to me and I ended up going twice. The line is a bit long but I think the wait is worth it. The place is small, opens at 7 pm and fills within minutes. Everything thereafter is a treat to the senses.
